At the meeting of Patchway Town Council held on Tuesday 19th September 2023, it was agreed to keep the idea of a ‘Community Hub’ at The Casson Centre on the Council’s agenda as the colder months draw closer. This will be reviewed each month, in line with any feedback received from our residents.
At present, the service at The Casson Centre is closed however there is a ‘Community Welcome Space’ provision at Coniston Community Centre. The Council have agreed to support this provision and to promote the benefits of this room to our residents.
Rather than duplicating projects, this will centralise the focus on keeping our residents warm, well informed and socialised throughout the coming months.
