South Gloucestershire Council have advised the following regarding Gipsy Patch Lane: Notice is hereby given that the South Gloucestershire Council in pursuance of the provisions contained within the above Act will for a period of up to 21 Days commencing on 3rd July 2023
prohibit *ANY Vehicle, Pedestrian Cyclist and Equestrian
1. Proceeding along Gipsy Patch Lane (Underpass): From its junction with Gloucester Road for approximately 40m.
2. Gloucester Road North, Filton: No Right Turn onto Gipsy Patch Lane
3. Gloucester Road, Patchway: No Right Turn onto Gipsy Patch Lane
The above restriction is necessary because Bridge Inspection Works are being executed on or near the carriageway consequent upon which is the need to avoid danger to road users, and the operatives engaged upon the works and serious damage to the road.

Northbound on slip road, Hayes Way, A38 southbound
No right hand turn from northbound off slip road –
Northbound on slip road, Hayes Way, A38 southbound, A38 southbound off slip road
No access from Gipsy Patch Lane to the Royal Mail Premises under the flyover -
Southbound on slip road, A38 southbound, Filton Roundabout , A38 northbound, northbound off slip road
No access from Royal Mail to Gipsy Patch Lane under the flyover -
Northbound on slip road, Hayes Way, A38 southbound, A38 southbound off slip road.
*This restriction is anticipated to occupy the highway on 03/07/23 – 04/07/23 and 17/07/23 – 18/07/23 between 0930-1530 only.'
