Sponsor our Party in the Park

As you may be aware, Patchway Town Council are holding a large ‘Party in the Park’ to celebrate our 70th anniversary of being a Town. This event will be held on Saturday 8th July 2023 between 11am and 9pm at Scott Park. We have lots planned for the day including a funfair, live music, magician, circus acts as well as food and drink for all. You can read more about it here. This is the Patchway Festival for this year and we are expecting a crowd in excess of 3000 people!

We are reaching out to all of our local businesses, to see if they would be interested in sponsoring the event in any way. We have put together a couple of packages, designed to benefit your business as much as we can. Any items sponsored are greatly appreciated and means that we can offer more choice to our residents. The event is funded through our budget and the more we can get sponsored, the further our budget goes for our local people.

Please do take a look through the below and let me know if you can help in any way. Some prices are negotiable, so if one does interest you, please let me know and we can discuss. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

1. Main Stage Sponsor - £2500.

This is our largest sponsor package. The stage is a 7m wide festival stage, complete with lighting and sound equipment. On this stage is where all of the action happens. It will be home to live music and magic acts from 11am and will be the central focal point of the whole day. All of the other items will be set up around this stage. As a sponsor, you will get your banner on the front of the stage, two banners around the perimeter of the event zone, social media coverage in all posts leading up to and including the day, a shout-out before every act and the opportunity to have a free stall in the market section. You will also have your logo on the event poster and flyers, which will be put all around Patchway and surrounding areas.

2. Live Act Sponsor - £150 per act.

From 11am, we will have a whole host of live singers to entertain the crowds. These will be performers from our partners at Mini Concerts and the music will be from 1950’s to the current day so there is plenty of choice for everyone. Also, Johnny G Magician will be providing magic and laughter for our younger audience members. As a sponsor, you will get a shout-out before the act on the day and social media coverage stating that you will be sponsoring the act. These are limited to 10 slots only.

3. Marquee Sponsor - £200 per marquee.

We will be having a covered seating area erected for this event for people to escape the sun (hopefully!). This will be the main seating area in view of the stage. As a sponsor, you will get a banner erected in the marquee and the opportunity to have a stall inside the marquee. These are limited to 3 slots only.

4. Event Sponsor - £100.

We will be producing event flyers (A5) to be placed around the Town and delivered with the Town Council newsletter. There will be 12,000 printed in the first run. As a sponsor, you will get your logo on the flyer as well as a link to your business on our online event page.

5. Circus Skills Workshops Sponsor - £350.

Roll up, Roll up! Our circus workshops are always popular with our younger residents and they create memories with great photo opportunities with hula-hoop spinning, diablo training and plate spinning. As a sponsor you will get your banner erected in the circus zone and social media shout outs leading up to the event. There is also an opportunity for a free stall in the market zone.
