South Gloucestershire Council has a new online reporting system. They say: "Our new online reporting system enables you to report potholes quickly and easily, along with damaged surfaces, worn road markings, empty grit bins and similar issues.
You can add a photograph and additional information to help us identify the problem. Once you’ve reported through the new system, we will deal with issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Up-to-date information is sent directly to our council StreetCare team's tablets for investigation or, if serious, urgent resolution. You will receive an email notification once the issue has been logged and then track its progress through your customer account."
