Patchway Town Council are inviting local businesses to tender for the running of the new community cafe at Norman Scott Park Pavilion.
This tender process is open until NOON on Monday 11th July 2022. The tender document outlines the steps in the process that you must follow to fill out the form. The Town Council would prefer a local contractor to run this cafe at the heart of Patchway and as such applicants should only apply if they are within a 3 mile radius of Patchway.
This invitation to Tender is issued by Patchway Town Council in accordance with their Standing Orders and Financial Regulations, as adopted by the Council in May 2022. This invitation to Tender will be made available to all local businesses (within a 3 mile radius of BS34 5JR) who can provide a bespoke and flexible café style service for their residents.
Patchway Town Council, it’s Councillors or their Officers are not liable for any costs resulting from any amendment or cancellation of this tender process nor any other costs, charges, fees, expenses, claims or disbursements (howsoever arising and including third party costs) incurred by those expressing an interest for this contract opportunity.
