Norman Scott Park Community Asset - Invitation to Tender

Patchway Town Council are inviting businesses to tender for the running of the community asset within Norman Scott Park, namely the former building of Patchway Sports and Social Club.

This tender process is open from 4th April 2025 at 4.00pm until NOON on 6th May 2025.


The tender document outlines the steps in the process that you must follow to fill out the form.

All tender documents must be returned anonymously to Patchway Town Council as set out in the tender document.


The community asset is a large building situated in Norman Scott Park. There are three bars, a commercial kitchen, skittle alley, function rooms, lounge area and an outdoor courtyard. There are also changing rooms for local sports teams as well as an attached refreshments kiosk to the rear of the building. There are two storage compounds adjacent to the rear of the building which are for sports equipment. There is also a residential flat above the building and the Town Council would like this occupied as part of any agreement being executed.


This invitation to Tender is issued by Patchway Town Council in accordance with their Standing Orders and Financial Regulations, as adopted by the Council in May 2024. This invitation to Tender will be made available to all businesses who can provide a detailed business plan and evidence of what they can turn this community facility into.


Patchway Town Council, it’s Councillors or their Officers are not liable for any costs resulting from any amendment or cancellation of this tender process nor any other costs, charges, fees, expenses, claims or disbursements (howsoever arising and including third party costs) incurred by those expressing an interest for this contract opportunity.
